The Armada Nowlit Clive Facility is planned as a compact, secured, single-purpose development in Lacombe County.
The latest Concept Plan describes an integrated natural gas-fired power generation facility and on-site modular data processing development at LSD 8-16-040-24 W4M.
The facility is intended to proceed as one managed operational area and a single phase, subject to regulatory approvals. Its design combines nine enclosed generator sets, selective catalytic reduction systems, closed-loop liquid cooling, electrical distribution, controlled access, fencing and supporting site infrastructure.
A compact facility in Lacombe County’s rural working landscape.
The site is located on privately owned cultivated land, approximately 5.5 km from the Village of Clive by straight-line distance and about 8.5 km by road.

The Concept Plan combines existing rural infrastructure with controls for water, emissions, noise, drainage, lighting and emergency response.
Pipeline tie-in
Natural gas is intended to be supplied through a connection to existing distribution infrastructure, avoiding routine fuel deliveries.
Closed-loop liquid cooling
Initial water-glycol fill is approximately 250–300 litres per unit and will be trucked to site, with no municipal water connection or groundwater well proposed.
Managed rural interface
Air and noise studies support applicable compliance; dark-sky lighting, security fencing and a 1.5 m screening berm are incorporated into the planning framework.

The Updated Final Concept Plan anticipates an approximately one-month construction period, subject to required approvals.
